Behavioural based interview followed by a presentation. Presentation would be a fictional product that you would have to create a strategy for. Also had to create a TL speaker selection plan

First round is a behavioural interview. Requires specific examples. Second interview is technical. Could be a presentation or situational. Possible third round to meet management - easy process. However does take some time.

Situational analysis and knowledge check. Familiarity with medical processes. Questions from previous experience. Audit knowledge, exposure, experience. Products that I worked on. Questions about new projects I lead and Initiatives I lead.
