Interview conducted by two resources who joined recently Bayers and they are coming form Infosys with a long tenure of 10+ years. This was a first product based industry for them and they were not able to digest the client position given. Interview was looking like a harsh argument happening in the court room. They were completely arrogant and not at all eligible to be into interview panel. Please don’t interpret my statements as a frustration of mine not getting selected and then opening up here. It was the reality of the interview. They were not even aware of many basic functional process and it was understood well because someone who is into more than 10 years in Infosys then what sort of knowledge and learning would have been there into their comfort zone there. Buyer should be aware of these guys because it is defaming the Company reputation during an interview. I also wanted to mention the interviewer’s name into this post but I don’t wanted to get personal. Such guys will also create a nasty hand political environment inside organization wherein you want to get hired and work.
