After talking with HR, you go through a phone interview. The technical part of the phone interview consisted of mostly one question - implement an algorithm for a change machine to use with any monetary system. The phone interview to be much easier and laid back than in-person.

I had an unprofessional experience with Bazaarvoice’s recruiter. After expressing interest in my profile, the HR mentioned they would schedule the interview but never followed up. Despite multiple polite reminders and calls, there was no response or update. Being ignored without any communication reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring communication and professionalism in the future.
