Extremely lengthy - After 3 rounds of interviews, I was led on for 4 months with a call once every couple weeks telling me that HR was "waiting on my offer to come through". Eventually told the recruiter that I was no longer interested.

Phone interview was brief and vague . I was told I was a fit but was not contacted after the interview for a follow up . I called to check on the status of my application the interviewer stated she would call me back and never did so.
The hiring process is mostly the STAR method. Tell me about a time... The interview took about 30 minutes. They drew on past experiences and how they would cater to the new role.
