the client was Boeing here and not my actual employer so am not sure how the interview process is different if the actual employer is Boeing .I had initial 2 rounds of technical interview from my employer . For the third and last round I was asked to come to the Everett office . There were 3 people in the panel and were extremely friendly and nice . As told by others in the review Boeing has a very structured approach and set questions . Some of the questions were tell me your weakness, positives, tell me why we should hire you . They ask you questions only from your resume so make sure yow know your resume and quote resume when asked a question . They also asked me few technical questions based on my resume , but more focus was on the behavioral questions .Towards the end we can ask questions to them and make sure you prepare a lot of questions If you are interested to go and work there , and also to get an idea of the project .

none actually , because I was well prepared . Few questions which they asked were ,..weakness,positives, why we should hire you , you made a mistake, what will you do differently now, time when you took initiave in a project , few questions on technical stuffs which I feel I could have done more better, etc ...its good to be articulative and talk to them freely and be truthful .
