The process was streamlined, professional and definitely what you would expect from an established company. I was impressed by the efficiency of the staffing and recruiting team as well as the thoughtful, thorough approach of the technical interviewers.

Lots of STAR related behaviour questions. All of the questions given out in the PDFs were asked. Describe difficult times at work where you had to prioritise different jobs and what did you do etc.

Panel introduced themselves and asked me to wait as my introduction would answer the first question (tell me about yourself). They asked 5 questions and you can use the STAR method to answer them.

Tell us about a time you had to solve a complex technical problem. What was the situation? How did you analyze the situation and what did you conclude? What further steps did you take to solve the problem? What was the outcome of the situation.

Very friendly and straight to the point. Took about 45min. Good conversation. Panel with managers and junior engineers from the team. Room for your questions at the end. Make sure you ask them.
