I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Kent, WA)
Interview
Only one interview over the phone. I knew someone on the inside. It took 3 months from the phone interview before I received the formal offer in the mail. No one officially told me I got the job, only to "be patient".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was too long ago. I think I was asked about my experience with message-oriented middleware. I was a perfect fit for the job, so there wasn't much resistance to hiring me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Sept 2016
Interview
A STAR interview with basic questions about past experiences. Overall great experience. The Panel three on one is a little overwhelming but doable. After that it's a technical interview, which can be difficult depending on the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview process was very streamlined. Once I was notified that an interview was imminent, it took only days to have date/time in my email. I met with one Software Manager at the location and interviewed with her and three others via teleconference.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Mar 2014
Interview
I was interviewed for 3 different positions so there were 3 Eng. Managers and a potential co-worker on the conference-style phone call. Most of my questions were relevant to the academic projects stated in my CV on which they asked a lot of technical details. There were some behavioural questions as well like how did I dealt with problematic team members or had I ever worked within a team with foreigners. I think that as long as you're honest and know your technical stuff, you'll be OK.
