Interview
I meet with a campus recruiter and passed along my resume. That evening I was contacted by phone to set up an interview on campus the following morning. The interview consisted of basic behavior questions in the STAR format. After the interview I was contacted within 2 weeks and extended an offer to participate in the summer business internship experience.
Following that Boeing flew out interns for a matching event to find the best managers for each intern.
At the end of the summer I was given about a month to agree to coming back for another summer and/or job offer.
Recorded interview, 3 set questions. Very standard, behavioral questions. Then had to do a pre screen assessment that included math games and logic puzzles. Was very straightforward process that did not take too long to complete

STAR Method, behavioral questions. Friendly and unintimidating. Online application followed by a phone screening with 2 individuals from recruiting, then 1 longer interview with department/hiring manager.
Career services was helpful in the process, but I connected with an employee on LinkedIn who was super helpful and gave me advice.

Applied online via Boeing's website, was contacted via email to fill out both functional and geographic preferences, called and did an initial phone screening, called again to ask me a few questions, received notice I would be doing an interview (STAR format), did the interview (~45 minutes, phone, very nice, typical STAR questions), about 2 weeks later received a call asking me 3 more questions, and then 2 weeks after that received an offer.
