I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Sept 2024
Interview
I had a panel interview. I was asked 5 questions total and all questions were very behavioral/situational and based on the job description. Boeing uses the STAR method. Overall, all interviewers were really stiff and I didn’t feel like I connected with them.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Boeing?
Tell me about a time you had a difficult vendor and how did you handle the situation? (Most questions were about vendor situations)
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
