First was a phone interview then if we were successful we were invited to an assessment day.
The phone interview is quite basic, experiences, and why we applied act, it lasted for about 10minutes.
Assessment day:
First of all, I have to say, that the atmosphere was very unfriendly and not welcoming. Fabio, the recruiter, wasn't very nice, and barely talked to us. He gave us 2 tests, in english and in the chosen language. He did not make us feel relaxed. He briefly explained what the company was doing, the role, the benefits etc and sent us to their staff kitchen (which is however great!!!) to wait for the individual interview and the phone role play.
The interviewers were however very nice, they were very cool and made me feel relaxed and I had a good chat with them. The interview was not difficult and it was more a professional exchange.
While I was then waiting for the role play in the kitchen, a manager came and sat close to my table with 2 of her CS team members and started screaming at them... I understood they were only in their first weeks of training... scary. I didnt see any manager in this company that seemed friendly.
The role play was easy but confusing and I personally failed it. Fabio came back to debrief it, and actually just told me off and was very mean to me!
The position was supposed to start only 1 week after the interview.... but only heard from them 4 weeks after, to tell me I was successful. I politely declined... I can't work in a company that is so stressful and very badly managed! Very bad atmosphere and salary.
