I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
When you first walk in, there is many other people nervously waiting. They come and collect you give you a name badge and you wait. Waiting is the most annoying part as it took over an hour just for everyone to do the reach test. One girl got sent straight home as she wasn't tall enough so I would say measure yourself before you go. My advice would be to dress absolutely smart because in my group 7 people out of 32 got through and it happened to be the girls who had a lot of make up on and dressed exactly like cabin crew with high heels in and hair up who got through. Even though British airways has a lot of different cabin , one girl had said to me that she feels that British airways love blonde girls , barbie looking types because on the day everyone who got accepted was blonde no brunette and most of the people who was already cabin crew was blonde , not to say brunette's don't get a chance because they absolutely do but just try and be the best you can be as the interview is very tense and there is a lot of waiting you need to. The bit that worry people a lot is the role play so I suggest you prepare for that before the interview.

Interview
A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.
