2 stages, normal interview style questions, casual and enjoyable. Went to a coffee shop and had a chat about myself, experience and what I knew about Calvin. The interview was around 30 mins but went over because we spoke so much about ourselves. Time flew by.

Interview
It was funny. I thought I was with a counselor. I was told how I should take this is interview seriously as it is a life changing opportunity. I am not sure how these kind of people get jobs and how are they qualified to interview others.
