The next stage was an in-person group case study with 5-8 candidates, where we worked collaboratively to evaluate and justify the most appropriate approach to a digital transformation scenario. The final stage was an interview with a Principal Consultant, including behavioural questions, a discussion of CV and experience, and an opportunity to learn more about the role and ask questions.
