Creating a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process is incredibly important to us and our conversion rate of employment offer to acceptance is high. We set the bar high, both for our recruitment team and those involved in interviewing from other areas of the business. However, it appears that on this occasion, our high standards were not met and for that we would like to extend a full apology to you.
Please note that as a result of your feedback, we will be conducting a full internal investigation. All those involved in interviewing at Capco are instructed to adhere to appropriate guidelines and training is also available around interview conduct; following your feedback, we will ensure that these guidelines are further reinforced. Our recruitment process is designed to evaluate a candidate’s talents and skillset in a variety of ways through appropriate and effective questions and case studies. We also want our candidates to get a sense of the real Capco culture.
