1st round -Technical questions- A strong /knowledgable PMO asked techinical questions on the projects I managed and reason for change etc. Felt very comfortable and professional approach. Later recruiter scheduled 2nd round with hiring manager
Waited in the scheduled time slot for 25 minutes and he couldnt appear due to conflicting priorities and rescheduled the meeting to another time slot

Very basic questions were shooted like do you know excel : how you rate yourself from 1 to 5 on your excel skills etc. Do you know Macros/ Complex formulas . You seems swithing jobs frequently . We dont beleive in fancy titles and I will ask very very basic question to you.(Its a different feeling when you managed multiple centers /multiple geographies project ) and attending an interview with an interviewe who hasnt seen/ experienced fortune 100 companies and managing his ego/frustration handling candidates who were good in career and lost jobs due to covid situation with a conclusion. You are weak in many aread and skills and HR will get back to you
