Interview
For Capgemini Invent: 4 rounds of 30-45 minute conversational interviews. The first interview seemed focused on general consulting skills and culture fit. The second interview looked more at capability and industry depth. The final two were mostly just a chemistry check and opportunity both both parties to ask questions. The interviews felt very comfortable and conversational, not like a forced interrogation with a list of specific questions.

Process was ok and fast. But they offered me 50% less what I asked for. No communication or confirmation during the process. Was a waste of time. And negotiation was not there.
Process was well organized and seamless. The team followed through very well. All rounds for interview were well coordinated. Provided enough information of job profile and work culture. Technical panel and Hr rounds were all conducted within 3 weeks and feedback shared promptly.
