Interview
The recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and asked all my basis details(included current CTC and expected CTC). Post that my interview was scheduled on a weekend. After 2 rounds of interviews, I was told(through SMS, not even a phone call) that they cannot even match my current CTC and their budget is 15% less. What irks me is why were the interviews scheduled in the first place.

Interview
The interview was based on ADF and Databricks and scenario based questions. I was also asked to code in Pyspark. ANd few other questions on data warehouse, data lakes, ETL/ELT, data pipelines.
Technical interview: Focuses on domain-specific knowledge and practical application. HR interview: Covers behavioral aspects, career aspirations, and company fit. Candidates who successfully clear all rounds receive a formal offer to join Capgemini

Interview
The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, and I joined a few minutes early. The interviewer asked questions on Spark concepts, PySpark coding, SQL coding, ETL processes, and Microsoft Fabric. I answered nearly all of them confidently. Overall, the process went smoothly.
