My interview process had some scheduling issues initially. The interview was rescheduled a day before, and even after confirming the time with the recruiter an hour prior, I was later informed that it would actually be one hour earlier the next day, which was a bit confusing. The process consisted of four rounds and was quite intense. The first round was a case interview—the interviewer was supportive, guided me well, and even shared helpful tips on how to approach the problem. The second round focused on the data challenge and was more rigorous, with detailed questions about my approach and assumptions. At times, responses to my clarification questions felt less direct and somewhat inconsistent, which made the discussion a bit challenging to follow. The third round was behavioral, but the interviewer did not seem very engaged and mostly asked follow-up questions, digging deeply into each response. The final round was another case study, which was relatively straightforward compared to the earlier rounds. The process was structured but quite stressful, mainly due to the scheduling confusion and varying interviewer engagement.

Started with an OA, and then proceeded to data challenge, and afterwards it was Power Day which had 4 rounds of interview. 2 of them were more problem-solving, and one of them was walking through the data challenge
