      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Dec 2011

      Interview

A recruiter saw my resume and invited me to apply. First step is an online personality, verbal and math tests, cost 1 hour. a little bit stressful, you have to expect more problems than minutes. I passed the test. Two days later, The recruiter sent me time slots to choose for a phone interview. I replied and called to confirm. But never reach the person, always be direct to voice mail box. The phone interview never comes. This happened 3 times! There was no problem with my g mail. When the phone interview schedule came for the 4th time, I don't want to reply any more.
