I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrossCountry Consulting (Tysons Corner, VA) in May 2021
Interview
Four 30 minute interviews. Clearly not enough to really dive into much more than introductions and some basic questions. Also, two of the four people (not including the recruiter call) left the company within a month or two after my interviews, yet everyone raved about the company.
After joining, I realized the company and the people I interviewed with were nothing like they presented during the interviews.
