You are given at least two weeks notice to prepare for the interview. The time communicated is subject to agreement between both parties.
You are asked to go through an aptitude test as the first step.
After which you role play a case study to a panel.
This is then followed by a panel interview.

Vacancies are advertised in career portal on website. Complete an online application and get an initial invite by email if qualified. Interview is in 3 stages. first stage is one on one on-site interview. Next stage is presentation on a particular subject area to a group of 2-4 interviewers with Q and A. Third stage is a role play on a real life situation with 1-2 of the interviewer as a team member while another 1-3 interviewers assese. Interview period is usually between 1-2days. Timeline for employment arround 2weeks -2months depending on need.
