Phone interview - I applied online and also dropped by resume at university career fair. The HR person will email you the day she would like to interview you and ask for your availability. She was very punctual and also a great interviewer. She tells you what types of people the program expects before the interview and the interview was more like a conversation.

I applied online on their website and received an invitation to a video interview a few days later. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. You have one practice question at the beginning of the interview, followed by 7 questions, with 5 being recorded responses and 2 being essay answers. You had approximately 2-5 minutes to answer each question.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Diageo
Interview
Was recruited through university info session. After being contacted, I received an invitation for a "virtual interview" where I recorded answers to behavioral questions. Following the virtual interview were 3 assessments meant to test skills and personality. Finally I was invited for an on-site visit which consisted of 4 separate interviews. They included: One 1:1 presentation--I was assigned a business case and given time to present a presentation; One 1:1 behavioral interview; One "mock" meeting--I was given role play instructions and asked to play out a scenario; One group project--we were assigned to groups of 6-7 and given time to solve a business case and present findings.
