Rushed interview. 5 min sit down interview that didn’t use any of the prep questions sent via email. Had to get through interviewees fast. Just asked for availability and what you had done before this. Previous group had a group assessment on the shop floor.
1-2-1 interview, I was asked to walk around the shop to get used to were everything was. I was then taking back and the interview was very personal which was so nice. They asked me who I was and what my interests and hobbies are.

Very easy, felt like an informal chat. The manager was friendly and I felt very comfortable. He told me a bit about the role and what to expect in terms of hours/days etc.
