Elastic Sales Development Representative interview questions

Despite being an entry-role position, the hiring process is complex and includes around 6 rounds of interviews to be carried out via Zoom or on-site. The recruiters continuously test the candidate about their knowledge of the products, motivation and how to ensure the generation of leads. Elastic offers a tremendous product. All the sales manager sounded extremely thrilled to work for Elastic. Overall, great yet intense experience. I'd definitely recommend applying.

I was connected by HR for first interview via phone with clear explanation on the interview's purpose which I really appreciated. HR was very professional but also genuine to share about the job in details, company culture. It was very informative and constructive interview session. I got invitation for the next interview with hiring manager but I had to decline because I already had another two jobs offer.
