I applied, or thought I didn't apply for the job and then received an email one day later requesting a one hour interview by phone. I did that interview, which was a one on one and then a few days later was invited for an interview which was three people for 30 minutes total. Finally, someone called me to discuss an offer and that was it. Very smooth and transparent process.
