After 5 or 6 interviews, however, they went completely radio silent, no response from the internal recruiter nor from the hiring manager when I followed up via email and via phone (office and cell). I understand that they decided to go 8n a different direction, but had expected a professional rejection.
This “ghosting” practices tells me more about the culture there than anything else.
