Worst interview process ever seen, waiting for 3 hours and then they took 1st round of interview. Asking questions of freshers to 4 year experience guy. Interviewer is confuse about what she was asking. Wrost interviewer ever seen. I am not expecting from Company like FIS.
Two round and both technically sound questions were asked and over all good questions & interviewer explained the questions well. The HR round was also good and negotiation were also done in professional manner. Onboard process is smooth.
Very easy process. Just be the confidence. Office culture is hybrid more over depends on your project. Using almost all the latest technology. Getting experience in FIS would make you to work anything places after it. That much strong you can become after joining. But hikes are low.
