This was for an internal posting.The process was simple to follow, but I had to follow up with the recruiter several time to find out what the next step would be.

Question 1
Providing examples of when I had to manage conflict on a very large project and how succussful were my effort.
Had a very brief interview with the recruiter with basic questions about my job history. I then had another brief interview with the hiring manager who was up front and let me know that they were looking for someone with different qualifications. I appreciated her being up front and honest with me.
