I had a typing test, grammer test, one on ones with a manager and then the hr round. This was around 5 years back for a non-voice process. Now, they may also have aptitude tests.

Easy and fast. I was able to ask question about the position and how it works to see if this is the best spot for me to help grow. I was hired very quickly
Standard questions lasted around 45 minutes typical two on one interview. Asked to do a short presentation to back up your interview process, pleasant interviewers and made to feel comfortable throughout
