It's a short process, first you talk with an HR person, then on the same call you get transfered to a local team where you generally chat about your career etc. Next phase is an interview with a design director (from the States in my case) where you also just chat but more about design / ux. There are no assignments to do per se, but you get questioned during the interview process.
