I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Mar 2018
Interview
I completed a video interview, and the next day was contacted about setting up a phone interview. I completed the phone interview and was then asked to complete an assessment and work simulation. I had a second phone call the next day to go over the assessment results and they then set up an in-person interview for a few days later. Two days after the in-person interview I was contacted saying that they chose not to move forward with me. The reasoning they gave was that the interview went well, but that they sensed some hesitation about it being a phone position, which I'm not buying because I was very excited about it being a phone position. However, everyone was very kind throughout the process and communicative.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Interview
Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
