The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE in Jul 2010
Interview
2 phone interviews with a lot of behavioral questions. After that, a 1:1 interview with questions about general knowledge of GE. The final round was a Harvard Case where I had to answer 4 strategy questions and present it in a powerpoint presentation for 20 minutes.

Phone screening by HR TA followed by assessment center (consisting of short accounting quiz, case study&group presentation & panel interview with HR & Finance managers) ending with a panel CFO case study presentation

Multiple rounds of interviews. Each round consisting of 2-3 30 minute interviews with managerial level employees. They also bring you in for super day which consists of meeting other FMPs and FMP's global leaders.
