My interview was conducted on campus. Mostly GE wanted to see that I was developing myself on campus to be a leader. A high GPA was required. Interview was all behavioral questions.

Behavioral for first round and super day, a lot of questions that are "why GE" specific since this is a competitive program and really trains you to know GE inside and out.

Interview
Process was easy. I was referred by a current employee which helped a lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here but woman in HR was nice and thought it would be a good experience. Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
