Interview
Filled out application. Be sure to attach Resume and cover letter or you will not be contacted. You will receive phone call within 2-3 days (this is a phone screen) remember you are applying for call center so be alert, perky, excited, and confident. They will ask a few questions and then will schedule a time for you to come in for an interview. Set aside 6 hours and have reliable transportation. Typing test (if passed), personality quiz (if passed), interview (if passed), role play simulation (if passed), 2nd interview with manager in the department you applied for.
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
