Interview
A friend of a friend referred me to a vp of sales in the Benefit Services Department. He did a quick phone interview then set up an in person group interview. I was interviewed by him as well as two other team members.
Good team, the recruitment provide tips on what you should to prepare to ensure the sale goes through and also learn a little about the products of services being sold.
They made the process great for potential employees. Lots of open communication and will answer all questions you have. Love this company and will be returning this year to work again.

Interview
Online application at first, very basic cover letter resume. Then a 3 hour long panel interview zoom meeting, where I met with 3 different zoom teams comprised of 3-4 people.
