Interview
It was a group interview which consisted of the General Manager and a Supervisor. There were 4 other people that were being interviewed at the same time. Make sure you dress your best and not in jeans and T-shirts. Don't interview with a friend together.
One of the questions was on how you would sell the product to the manager herself and you had to demonstrate your selling skills to her. Other questions were the normal interview questions like how do you handle a problematic situation.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
