I applied online and about a week later i got an email from the customer experience manager. There were two group interview times available, the one i went to only had one other girl interviewing. The interview was really casual and fun. I'm waiting to get a call back.

Question 1
How would you describe the perfect greeting to a customer?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
