First interview was simple and straight to the point. Second round was intense and you were giving a week to create a project on a new implementation of a brand to fit their current portfolio. Following the second interview their is a delay in communication and you wont hear from the company until a month later.

Behavioral and technical. A team you worked on a team? What trends do you currently see? What financials did you look at for your brand assortment? How do you manage multiple projects at once? San Francisco or New York?

This process was very organized and clear. You can tell that they have many people that they were interviewing so you kind of feel just like another option. Questions were typical STAR type questions.
