I had one phone interview. The recruiter asked me two questions and then told me that the salary would only be $40,000 so the interview ended there. She was very nice and I was thankful that she was upfront about the pay so neither of us wasted anymore time.

I would say the process went smooth till round 3. I felt that I was led in the wrong direction about the responsibilities for this role. Everyone made it sound like I was the perfect fit then we got to round 3 and the lady barely seemed like she wanted to speak. She also informed me of several qualities that I did not have to fit the position.
