I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
Applied through linkedin, sent my CV, got a phone call for a screening interview, completed online assessments, had a final face to face interview and role play exercise.
The interview was conducted by two members of staff, both were relaxed and approachable. they tried to create a comfortable atmosphere and then allowed me the opportunity to ask questions at the end which they both took turns to answer to ensure i had all the information i wanted and more
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about one time you demonstrated resilience
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.
