2 stage process, one with a campus recruiter and then with the sales manager. Campus Recruiter approached me, both interviews are more or less the same and the first one helps you to prepare for the second one. Your Campus Recruiter becomes more of a coach for the second one and helps you a lot. You really feel like they want the best for you

Interview
I applied online, completed two telephone interviews (around 30 min each) before completing an hour long WebEx online presentation and interview. The presentation involved the questions, Why me? Why Gartner? Why this role? Received an offer of employment 2 weeks after that. Very good experience!
