I only had the first round of HR interview. The interview was conducted over phone and it was quick and concise. They asked some behavior questions and was also going over the resume. The recruiter was also very nice.

Multiple levels of interviews, panel meet and even a test project that felt like I was working for free. A complete waste of time, management talked down to the employees they introduced to me. Very high school bully mindset. Halfway through the assessment, I realized I didn't want that kind of employer and left.

through process ranging with the standard recruiter, manager then up to the directors also the interview then led to a final vote round which was a great process very straightforward

It was a strange interview — it lasted barely 10 minutes. The interviewer explained the position and the company in just two sentences and didn’t ask many questions, other than “Tell me about yourself.”
