I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
Several rounds of interviews and once I got to the third or fourth round of interviews, I had an interview with the Director and the manager of the team plus the recruiter and the experience was terrible. I was consistently grilled on a variety of questions and given scenarios that would be difficult to answer, unless I was directly already in the position. On top of all of this, I was also required to make and present a slide deck.

Interview
4 Step Process:
1. Initial Phone Screen w Recruiter
2. Interview with HR
3. Interview with Hiring Manager
4. Executive Interview
Each person at each step were very involved in the process. I made it through all the interviews and feel short at the offer step. Each interview focused on different aspects of the candidate profile. HR is the Human Aspect, soft skills. Hiring Manager is the hard skills. Executive interview was a combination of both.
