Not a great experience, flaky recruiters who don’t keep the timelines. I had to chase the recruiter on multiple occasions trying to figure out what next steps were very unprofessional.

Question 1
Standard canned questions with really no substance seems like these people are reading off a script, but from what I hear about Gartner it’s a lot of scripted sales calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
