Three separate meetings with the three department leaders and then a technical panel with representatives from HR and the departments. They really wanted to know about my experience solving mechanical problems and my related thought process. They want to know how well you can work with others. Attitude is paramount.

Asked about lab experience, working in a team setting, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Asked about clean room experience but was not required. Made sure I was aware I was signing up for 12 hour shifts.

What would you do if someone of higher title/experience than you shortcut the procedure? Would you say something? Or just follow along?
A lot of situational and behavioral questions. I had a 10 minute interview where i had to videotape my answers and then had a 30min interview with a panel of supervisors. It took a bit of time until they reached out to me

Interview
Will ask you your basic interview questions. Ex:where do you see yourself in 5 years, biggest accomplishment, what are you weaknesses and strengths etc… More of a conversation than interview. Great company to work for.
