First, I received a phone call from HR to set up an interview. I then had a phone interview with an engineer who asked me general interviewing question and technical questions on electrical engineering theory. After a few day, I received a call from HR telling me that they were interested and wanted to fly me out to San Diego for an interview. The Process in San Diego required that I be interviewed first by an HR rep who asked me general questions and then presented the company mission statement along with the benefits of the job. This lasted about 30 min. After, I was then taken to a room to take a 30 min assessment on electrical engineering theory and concepts. Lastly, I met with the engineering group, 5 engineers, who then began asking general and technical questions. This lasted for about 2 hours.
