Two part, HR and then prospective managers. The HR had some questions then the prospective mangers questioned me for an hour. They were thorough and indepth. You're not going to BS them, you have got to know your trade.

Tell us your familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick as they relate to ISD.
Got interviewed by a panel. Overall it was a great experience. On the panel there were a few engineers, some managers and some writers. It would have been a great fit, but unfortunately it was a contract position with the opportunity to get hired on, and I wasn't ready to leave my job for a maybe.

Lots of people in the interview room which was intimidating but they were kind and receptive. Definitely be prepared to present a project that you've created. That part isn't too hard, they are just making sure you have the ability to present.

Intensive, spoke with 3-4 different people, all pleasant. They were on a hiring freeze so they put the position on hold for a few months and then contacted me for a 2nd interview.
