Interview
Applied online. Was first contacted about 3 weeks later. Did a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist which was about 20 mins and is just to make sure you're worth pursuing. Do some research on the company before that one. Next, I did a phone interview with a Senior Engineer which was pretty conversational, nothing too technical really. Then they flew me out for an in-person interview with an engineer and engineering manager which consisted mostly of talking about relevant experience and how you would handle certain situations. They paid for everything and made it very easy. Filled out a couple of forms and got an offer one week later. Overall, great interview process in my opinion.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Atomics (Centennial, CO) in Jun 2022
Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few days later asking if I was available for on an site interview on short notice, as the hiring manager happened to be in town.
I had a positive interview on site, mostly behavioral questions and 'have you ever dealt with this sort of challenge.'
After that, I was ghosted. No automated email, no meaningful response from talent acquisition after I checked the company website and noticed that I was no longer under consideration for the position.
