It was really very long drawn and slow moving, many stakeholders want to be involved i the hiring process. In the midst of the interview process, the company is going through a major reorganisation from top-down by the Global HQ. Sense this company is a very typical top-down, no questions asked company, simply follow instructions.

I was contacted by a senior consultant at Hays regarding BDM roles with one of their clients. My biggest frustration was with communication which felt very one sided.
My phone calls, texts, emails and WhatsApp messages frequently went unanswered and any info was often slow to come through. I actually never received any feedback following my interview which is totally unacceptable.
Would I recommend Hays to any friends or colleagues…? No
