The first part of the process is to record yourself answering questions. If they are interested after that they will interview you. The interview process was lengthy but worth it. I spoke to several people and then I was assigned a task which I was paid for. During the task I spoke with employees throughout the company and got a feel for what it would be like to work at Hotjar. After the task I was interviewed again. They are very transparent about the process and where you are at each stage.
